About Us

EKSA’s primary aim is to help your organisation use, manage and communicate its knowledge more effectively

EKSA was established in October 2005 by Ian Kininmonth to fill a gap in the need for integrated knowledge management systems to support environmental and natural resource management (NRM) and planning.

Prior to stating EKSA Ian worked for 20+ years in the areas of urban and regional planning, research, policy and communication. He understands the enormity of the task organisations face in facilitating landscape scale change in land use and management to create a more sustainable environment. The products and services EKSA provides are aligned to helping make it easier for organisations meet this challenge in an integrated way.

EKSA consultants have worked with a number of organisations including regional and sub-regional NRM groups, State and Federal government departments, industry groups and consultants to create well designed, knowledge rich products for sharing in a variety of formats including hard copy, CD/DVD, HTML and Smartphone friendly websites.

The development of wiki websites seeded from the RCAT adds an exciting new dimension to EKSA's products and services. Wikis are easy to use and provide you and your team with the ability to collaborate online using the edit and discuss features.

EKSA can work with a technical team or consultants to create a customised knowledge management and communication solution meeting your needs. Feel free to contact us for a no obligation discussion of your needs.
